Join us in building the future by contributing today to help our new town flourish. Several residents in the area of Center Valley are pursuing incorporation. This is done at the county level. However for a community to receive its funding from the State it must be incorporated on January 1st of the year it wishes to establish a budget for the following year. So if we form in 2025 we are recognized as a town in 2026 so we can go through the 2027 budget process in 2026. This will establish what each landowner pays in 2027 to the State. The State then distributes these funds on June 30th and December 30th of the following year (2028). So we are seeking operating cash streams so that we can function in 2026 and 2027.

What's services are you seeking funding for?

The first thing we need to accomplish it general governance. We need to fund administrative functions first so that we can establish the necessary codes and ordinances necessary for optimal service to the community

What comes next if enough funds are raised?

We will then start hiring the employees necessary for each critical department. These may be department heads or ground level workers.

How much is needed?

The biggest costs to any organization is the employee pay and benefits. We are estimating needing around $750k - $1 million first year and doubling that in 2027.
